Details
A medium sized evergreen tree with deep green foliage and small yellow flowers. The leaves are used widely in the kitchen. Bay trees respond well to pruning and make a great hedge or topiary specimen. Suited to a wide range of soils but prefer a sunny position in moist well drained fertile soil. Mulching recommended for protection during dry periods.
