They are great at protection banks from erosion, provide a barrier against weeds and will grow in a variety of soil types. A fast growing, very versatile and reliable plant for planting throughout South Australia in our sometimes demanding climate. This form has a a purpule ting the the leaves which darkens during winter and produces masses of white starry flowers during spring and summer. At home in a low maintenance garden amongst shrubs and rocks and covering embankments. For best results plant on a sloping site to ensure good drainage.
