Prostanthera’s are an Australian native and found in parts of SA, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania. Plant in a sunny position with well drained soil take care not to over water. A compact form of P. ovafolia is the best known mint bush with soft elongated oval leaves. Aromatic foliage and masses of mauve - purple flowers in short end splays during spring. Benefit from a light prune after flowering.
